Brookvale Oval - Centre of Excellence and Grandstand
Throwback to last year when we handed over the $33m Brookvale Oval Redevelopment Centre of Excellence and Grandstand in conjunction with @adco_constructions for @manlyseaeagles .
The first stage in Manly’s planned facilities upgrade consisted of new gyms, Game Day change rooms, Aquatic Rehabilitation Area, medical centre, offices, private suites & film study suite to name but a few.
Designed with a sleek modern industrial look, many acoustical finishes were applied internally to help create a clean and comfortable environment for the organisation including @csrmartini Absorb XHD & @knaufaustralia Globe Designpanel perforated plasterboard among others.
Finally a clean facade was created with @jameshardieau Exotec CFC facade panelling system, offset with @valmondgibson 3mm solid aluminium cladding & @arrow.metal perforated steel sheets.
