Sydney International Airport Terminal 1 Bifurcation
With inspiration from Cox Architecture in collaboration with Sydney Airport, the Terminal 1 Bifurcation project aimed to bring natural light into the terminal and create a genuine sense of space for passengers waiting for their flight.
Dunrite Linings employed a cut on-site strategy to install nearly 4000sqm of Vitracore G2 panels in an eye-catching façade featuring large diagonal mock joints, helping add texture and a sense of playfulness to the airside tarmac frontage.
Built in conjunction with ADCO Constructions & Sydney Airport Corporation in 2017, the project presented many challenges ranging from access to debris control and we are proud to present it as a showpiece of our cladding installation expertise.

Wenty Leagues Club - Wentworthville
Wentys Leagues Club
Requiring all facets of our capabilities across partitions, linings and cladding, the enormous Wentys Leagues Club tested Dunrite Linings’ skills as an installer to the limit.
Creating multiple unique dining, entertainment & function areas internally and weaving together Vitricore G2 & James Hardie Scyon CFC panels to create a distinctive and durable facade, our Wentys Leagues Club project has to be seen to be believed.
Trusting in our relationship with Supawood as a Recommended Installer, ADCO Constructions awarded Dunrite Linings the contract for the single largest collection of architectural & acoustic timber finishes we have ever undertaken in a single project with breath-taking results.
Completed in November 2020, Wentys Leagues Club is an architecturally striking facility which beautifully showcases many of our capabilities as installers at the highest level.

David Jones Elizabeth Street Refurbishment - Sydney CBD
David Jones Elizabeth Street
Dunrite Linings were proud to be an integral part of the two-year, $200m 11-story redevelopment of the heritage-listed David Jones department store on Elizabeth Street in the Sydney CBD.
Partnering with Mainbrace Constructions to redevelop the landmark retail space, we helped to create one of the premier high-end retail shopping experiences in Australia while still managing to keep the store partially open for trade throughout the build.
Overcoming problems such as late night delivery windows and the tightest access tunnel & loading dock we have ever dealt with, the final product delivered is a retail masterpiece with few peers around the globe that we are glad to have helped deliver.

NSWRL Centre of Excellence - Sydney Olympic Park
NSW Rugby League Centre Of Excellence
Completed in early 2019, the NSWRL Centre of Excellence is a vital component in developing and improving rugby league across NSW, for every individual involved in the sport. Built in collaboration with ADCO Constructions, Dunrite Linings installed multiple acoustic & architectural features internally as well as the striking Barestone façade externally.
Facilities in the building include a gym, change-rooms, a hydrotherapy centre with plunge and resistance pools, a full sized playing field, medical rooms, 60-seat theatre, dining and lounge areas, museum and administration facilities. The centre is also linked to ANZ Stadium via an exclusive tunnel for State of Origin matches.
Dunrite Linings are pleased to have been a part of the team that delivered a facility that will hopefully lead to many more NSW Blues victories in the future!

Comprised of 330 apartments spread across 2 buildings in the heart of Sydney’s premier Green Square development, the award winning UNO Apartments feature architecturally striking living spaces with expansive CBD views.
Featuring stunning copper-coloured non-combustible Vitradual solid aluminium cladding entry portals, awnings & feature panelling across the façade, the UNO Apartments catch your attention with unique architectural highlights.
Of special note is the 1,355 light LED system that was integrated into our aluminium façade
As a Partner Installer for Sculptform Architectural, Dunrite Linings were pleased to install over 500 sqm of Pacific Teak battens to walls & soffits throughout the project, bringing both the warmth & enhanced acoustic properties inherent in Sculptform’s proprietary system.

The Canopy - Lane Cove
The Canopy - Lane Cove
Completed in 2020, The Canopy in Lane Cove is an $85 million redevelopment project that created a shopping precinct & community park including with a village green, children’s playground, BBQ area, restaurant precinct, Coles & Aldi tenancies & a 500-space underground car park.
Another project utilizing all aspects of Dunrite Linings skill sets – from CFC cladding & custom metal fabrication to bespoke architectural & acoustic finishes. From timber feature works & Sculptform aluminium/timber batten systems to the feature curved and raking Vitracore G2 canopy roof with mirror reflective shingles, all facets of our expertise in high-end finishes are on show at The Canopy.
Working again with ADCO Constructions, Dunrite Linings helped to deliver a signature multipurpose public space that mixes both purpose and aesthetics together to enrich the local community.
