RISE Apartments - Waterloo
Handed over in February 2023, our Remediation/Recladding job at the RISE Apartments in Waterloo built in conjunction with Paynter Dixon was an equally challenging and rewarding project.
An interesting job with multiple forms of access required, from static scaffolds, large scale Boom Lifts & swinging stage scaffolds, all operating on a fully-occupied multi-residential apartment building in the heart of Waterloo, New South Wales.
Replacing the combustible ACP panel with Valmond Gibson's "Element 13" 3mm solid aluminium panels to provide a beautiful & fully-compliant non-combustible façade.
