Project Remediate - Triage Site Inspections

Working as a Triage Contractor for the New South Wales Government’s Project Remediate program to replace non-compliant cladding materials installed across an estimated 225 buildings across the state, we are a leader in the sector.
Dunrite Linings completed Triage Site Inspections on more than 70 properties across New South Wales in conjunction with Hansen Yuncken, Asset Projects & Total Constructions. We managed safe access to over 900 inspection locations, performing either a Full Panel Removal, Cut Access Hole or 50mm Inspection Hole at each location. Carefully documenting what was found beyond the ACP panelling, we created Triage Inspection & Dilapidation Reports to be given to the Triage Façade Engineers & Body Corporations/Strata groups.
Once inspections had been carried out by Dunrite Linings & the attending Façade Engineers, we closed up the inspection locations returning Fully Removed Panels to their original location & installing colour matched solid aluminium patches to Cut Access Holes before making the façade watertight again and caulking all junctions neatly. 50mm Inspection Holes were sealed with the use of Stainless Steel plugs & caulking.
An important first stage in the replacement of Combustible Cladding across New South Wales, our Triage Site Inspections are a key element to assist the Global Façade Consultant in designing Compliant and Non-Combustible Façades to be installed in the program’s upcoming Remediation phase.
